Order is processed as below:

■Customs and Duties
Customs clearance policies by country are different, so please refer to the country's customs website for details.
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

- If the shipping country is Taiwan, the recipient must complete the real name registration through EZ-WAY APP as the government's real name authentication system is strengthened.

① If the dutiable value is within NTD 2,000 under the Customs Law (excluding tobacco, liquor, and agricultural products that carry out the specified tariff rate), customs duties, freight taxes and business taxes are exempted. If the payment amount exceeds NTD 2,000 under the Customs Act, the customs duty is imposed according to the total amount of the imported goods.
② From July 1, 2016, the above exemption from the customs law can be applied only six times within half a year in the name of the same importer, and if it exceeds seven times, the duty-free rule will not be applied. The term "half year" here means "January 1st to June 30th" and "July 1st to December 31st", and even if it has been subject to six exemptions from June 30th of the year, it will be counted again from July 1st.

Customs may be imposed ordering over THB 1,500 (about USD 45). The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.

① When purchased over USD 143 (CNY 1,000), the parcel will not go through the customs. It is recommended to place an order separately into multiple orders.
② If multiple orders are generated by the customer's need for separate delivery, please contact the customer service center so that the store can deliver separately. Customs clearance is required for all overseas goods entering the country. Customs will decide whether or not to collect customs duties at random. Please understand that the buyer will be responsible for customs duties on the package.If the package is returned due to personal reasons such as refusal to sign a product due to customs duties, a refund must be made after deducting the actual shipping cost incurred at the time of delivery.
- COVID 19 ISSUE : Delivery to China may be restricted due to strengthening quarantine and sporadic partial blockade following COVID-19. : GUANGZHOU, SHANGHAI, YANTAI, QINGDAO
- Returns & Exchanges
Please take into consideration that we accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if:
-you are returning due to change of mind(on size, color, etc.)
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within 7 days of receipt. You are required to attach photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, order number, and reason for return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Please make sure to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
*Please note that EVEN defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent unworn and in the original packaging.
*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return package.
*Return shipping fees for faulty/wrong orders will be paid for or reimbursed. If the Cash-On-Delivery option is not available for your EMS shipment,
scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
3) We do not accept return(s) if:
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to customer mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made during shipment
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
4) If there is a missing item from your order:
*Contact our customer service center by forum within 7 days of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags, etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Reward Points for a Purchases:
Reward Points of 1% of your order will be issued to your account after 20days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available Reward Points balance.
Cancellation of Reward Points:
Pending Reward Points issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your Reward Points will be cancelled if you close your account. Furthermore, your Reward Points will expire if there are no newly issued Reward Points for three years.
